Andy,

When I built my car, and on the road 18 years ago, the Internet was new, 3d printers weren't even dreamt about

Nope, there isn't any wiring under it, dash mounted switches saves all the hassle

I thought there wasn't any wiring, you made your car before electricity was invented after all right???

I made mine out of some drain pipe ,then covered it and mounted it to the boss.

It's quite bespoke to fit round a massive boss and mount a mountney wheel so would probably be no good to you....

I made mine by forming some Ali sheet to the right shape and then making a fibre-glass replica then covered with vinyl.
