For what I see is like those multitools...

That's the name I know for them.

I bought a similar one off ebay for son no.1 to have in his bicycle saddle bag. As mentioned multi-tools often aren't the best quality tool, but are usually better than nothing at all when you're in fix. Son no.1's bicycle has bolt on wheels so this works for him (me) if he gets a puncture.

excellent tool should never be used for planned work though, more of a get out of trouble thingy
