Building a chain drive lsd

Hey all,

Im looking at building a chain drive lsd to run my buggy from a bike engine. It currently uses a diff, but its one piece engine, gearbox, and diff. So the whole lot needs to come out and be replaced.

Im pretty sure I have the skills to modify a diff to chain drive, but as its a on/offroad buggy i'd rather use an lsd.

Any ideas on the cheapest lsd at the moment? I was thinking sierra 4x4, at about £250 on eBay.
A friend suggested a impreza lsd, but I think they are viscous, meaning I would have to make the new housing with a perfect seal as they need to contain fluid - is this correct?

Thanks!
