They do that to discourage victims from reporting the crime.
What about the Afghanistan police? Kidnapping young boys, keeping them in the base and raping them. They shoot them when they try to escape. Oh and
these are the ones we are helping, not the Taliban.
These scum-bags obviously don't want to wait for their 72 virgins.
I am not a racist but am coming around to the idea that we should just glass the lot with a bucket of instant sunshine!

Gutted about this as the Maldives are one of my favourite destinations and I'd always thought they were a 'moderately' religious
bunch. Seems not so!
Suffice to say, I will not be going back until they put an end to all this barbarity and discrimination!
