Dear locust genius,

I have a Honda generator that has a problem with the generator bit...but a perfectly good gx engine.....

A mate has a field and I'm contemplating some mucky fun over winter!

Any bright inspiration or ideas anyone wants to share is welcome!

Or any alternative suggestions for how to use it, open minded!

From experience in karts, they don't really have enough power to have any fun with, especially off road. Though if you can get your hands on another one aswell then that helps.

Strap both to a kart chassis with bigger wheels and in a wet muddy field it would be a laugh! The GX engines are actually quite tuneable too. Just saying!

Karts are like kit cars, even if you have a "free" engine all the bits soon add up to more than the finished kart is worth. Good fun though.
