here's mine [not the best photo] but 3mm abs plastic sheet, velcro'd down and never moved. It was easy to cut and shape around the roll bars.

The worlds most expensive boot panel!? I mix of CF (the exact material from the Koenigsegg car) and Rohacell foam core (very pricey but very light!). It weighs bugger all, and yet will happily take my weight!

it is ply, covered in foam then black vinly, with a door in the middle, which you can fit a 24 case of beer though.lol
