Duratec Oil Temp Sender Placement

I have a Digidash2 which has an oil temp function. Where is the best place on a duratec for the sender?

Mine has the sensor in the Oil Sump.

I do have the raceline sump though, which has had one of the Sump plug bolts tapped through the middle to take the sensor.

I've got the raceline sump also. Did you tap the large blue sump plug?

Yes, it was easier for me to do the side one due to wiring and also no mesh behind plug in sump but remember that's on the zetec, but cant imagine the duratec is much different
