Online paint supplier recommendations?
I'm looking to respray a body part and before I sand it down I'd like to find out if I can get the paint code from a reputable online
paint supplier or if I'm going to end up having to take an hour off work to go get it from the local supplier. The local supplier works hours
entirely inside my contracted work hours so it's a royal PITA. I used them previously to try to match a white and while they got close, using
the fuel filler, they were still fairly visibly off. This will be a metallic black and I'm less concerned about the match.
I have all the kit for proper spraying but it turns out I just can't get it as good as with a rattle can. What's everyone's
preference for ease of paint? I've had best results with 2K but I'm really no longer a fan of needing respirators and lung damage for
hobbies.
