What thickness Ali

I'm thinking of re-making my dash and bulkhead in Ali. What thickness is right - 2mm for dash and 1.2 for bulkhead?

Thanks

Stu

I've used 2mm for the bulkhead and will use a section from the same sheet for a dash. I think I could have gone a little thinner if I wanted but I wanted the bulkhead panel to be self supporting and the dash panel to be nice and rigid.

I have 1.6 mm ally sheet for my hood, and reckon it would be enough.
More so for the scuttle being 3 D shaped and way smaller.
Based on the avove, i´d say 1.2 mm for Scuttle.

Beware of what you wish.. for it may come true....
