Loom, break and petrol pipe clips!
Gents – I am now ready to paint my chassis!!
Is it the norm to drill out the holes to hold the various clips and mounts before painting, or does a rivet seal the hole from water ingress?

depends who you ask, for wots its worth i drilled and tapped mine, squirt some waxy stuff in hole pheraps before you rivet/screw, got to help in 20
years time. i would expect a rivet to allow water past, loctite on threads will seal a bolt hole for life..........
