High spec mx5 donor kit

I appreciate this is going to be a long shot to sell as a full package but i will give it a week and if no interest ill start to split it up.

Im selling up my mx5 donor kit, most if not all parts are overhauled/cleaned/repainted ready to build. The car they came from was a 1995 1.8 Uk MX5 which had covered 90k, i have the keys and the v5 in my name currently sorned. This will not need a cat for IVA.

Engine/Box

1.8 mk1 engine. i drove the car home 200miles and the car was terrible but the engine was sweet! Compression tested before strip, all good.
New timing belt kit.
New water pump.
Sump off and resealed as they all seem to leak, new half moon seals.
New exedy 3 piece clutch kit fitted
new flywheel bearing.
New cam and crankshaft oil seals.
Engine and box painted in por15 engine enamel silver.
Only things i havent replaced yet were the service items such as plugs, leads filter etc.
Complete with everything from donor, inlet, throttle body, maf sensor (currently removed as the inlet manifold has been painted), alternator etc.
Cam cover powder coated. New stainless cam cover bolts.

Drivetrain/Diff

Standard open diff removed and replaced with Ashcroft transmissions ATB diff, professionally installed and the rest of the diff inspected. (comes with standard open diff innards aswell).
Driveshafts painted, outer CV joints replaced, all greased and all boots replaced.
All 4 uprights, electrolysis'd and painted with POR15. rear uprights have upper bush replaced with Polybushes.
New wheel bearings all round. new front hubs.
Standard prop ready for shortening to suit your application.

Steering

Upper column complete with switchgear, stalks and shrouds, has had a couple of brackets welded to suit an MNR installation, easily cut off. I DONT have the lower part of the colum where it attaches to the rack as it was goosed. Think i still have the donor steering wheel somewhere for IVA purposes.

Brakes

Front wilwood powerlite kit for mx5, dimpled and grooved discs, Mintex 1144 pads
Rear brand new pagid rear calipers, painted (need another coat), Dimpled and grooved discs, Mintex 1144 pads.
Discs are all from mtec and have the black coating to protect the edges and centres from rusting.

Wheels

7 x 15 et35 oz ultraleggera's, freshly powder coated black. very light wheel. will need spigot rings and the centre caps are a bit scruffy.

Other items included

Full car loom, fuse box and ECU
Std exhaust manifold.
Original MX5 brake master cylinder
Also have a fiat uno tandem master cylinder
MX5 bias valve
Donor handbrake lever
Wilwood compact 13/16 clutch master cylinder kit (new)
Sytec OTP17 fuel pump and pre and post filters

Think thats everything. I'm looking for £2000 for everything, or if someone has a f20c engine and 6 speed box they wish to trade im open to it. If you wish to express an interest in individual bits let me know and ill note it. Im located in houston, (10 miles west of glasgow)

They are ultraleggeras. And in 4x100 stud pattern.

I don't want to start pricing individual bits just yet. I'd like to give it a week.

No problem on both waiting and 4x100, they would be for clio.

Shame you've had to brake it, a lot of work there. I'm beginning to wish I broke mine..............

I may be interested in manifold and wheels if they don't sell. Maybe some other bits dependent what turns up next week from company.

Cheers

Stu

Yes, very much so. I was expecting to be finished (maybe not IVAd) by now. Delay after delay.
