What's it worth?

OK. I don’t really want to do this but a lack of space and a new project is forcing me to make some decisions. So what might my VortX be worth if I sold it when the weather starts to get nicer?

It is a 2005 RT with the new shape bodywork, SVAed in December 2005.

1998 carbed R1 with custom airbox, ram pipes and 2 silencers.
Dynoed at 152 BHP. Noise checked at Cadwell Park at 96.8 dB(A) last year.

Sierra disk brakes all round.
Intatrim padded seats
Boot box, with lockable lid
Blue Gelcoat (see avatar)

Hopefully a bit nicer looking than that, but yes, its a scooter with a cabin and 3 or 4 wheels.

I think £8k is too high unfortunately. While the car is well-engineered (notably to get noise levels down) it's not the highest spec car out there.

I'd say £6750 - £7400.

It'd be no match for a good old British (Triumph) Spitfire!
