gear peg

got this from mnr.
how does this turn into a gear cable pull.
also the clutch cable ends at the clevis and the outer cable mount dont fit the engine locations,do you drill out the engines bits or is it the wrong cable. Rescued attachment gear peg.jpg

Not sure about the "engine locations" you mention, but with regard to the gear spigot thing in your hand, then you simply weld a piece of flat bar off the splined clamp at the back (careful not to weld so much as it can't be clamped shut) and then drill holes into the flat bar to take the adaptor for your cable.

by engine locations i mean, the clevis that retains the end on the clutch cable and the locator on the engine that holds the outer clutch cable stop.

yep gear spline needs a suitable lug welding on ( length depends on your setup / position of pivots on lever / paddles

on a zx10 you will need to drill out to suit clutch cable

cheers
