A few changes for new members
As per a few suggestions made last week, I have imposed a restriction on new members.
From this evening, users who have been registered for less than a week and/or have contributed less than 10 posts to the Locostbuilders discussion
areas will not be allowed to post advertisements in the Marketplace section of the site. This is to cut down the number of people registering just to
sell things and the never being seen again.
The restriction can however be bypassed by making a donation to the site of £5 or more...
