Mi16 205 FS Must Go!!
I have decided (again) to sell my 205 1.6 Gti with Mi16 engine fitted.
It was purchased from a guy who was running it in road rallying so isn't stripped out as this isn't allowed in road rallying. It is
frighteningly fast, too fast for the road really. I had a great drive back from Sennybridge to Milford Haven in the dark!
It has an OMP Weld in Cage, sparco seats and harnesses. Brantz rally timer (never switched this on so would have to try it) Front spots. Spare wheel
post in boot. 3 Sets of wheels (1 set wider saxo wheels) most with rallyish looking knobbly tyres. spare bonnet, spare right door
kyb dampers, a handful of receipts.
Currently sorned and no MOT, starts and runs. Would make a cracking hillclimber or track day toy or be MOT's with a little work.
I'm asking £900, it owes me a lot more than that. Pics on here by 1800

£900 ?  bargain.
Shame I'm not in the market for one. Loved my old gti's to bits. i don't think you'll have any problem selling it, especially
not at that price.

The only real issue is that the guys who had it before have mounted the seats stupidly. The inner rear mount of each seat has damaged the tunnel
where the driver has been bouncing. There is some deformation and some cracks. Easily fixed though with a bit of cut, weld and some thought when
mounting the seats again.
Also I have started to remove the carpet as i intended to strip the car.

Liam, if its been on here before I must have missed it my son is looking for a track car as a soft spot for the 205 having raced one for 3 seasons in
stock hatch trouble is he got on a plane yesterday and wont be back for 2 weeks, if it's still around in 2 weeks which I doubt give me a shout
(I,m getting old and forget things) I,m sure he would be well interested.

Right, I had a private offer on U2U which is first refusal. Assuming the others are still interested.
Carpmart is second dibs and Jon Isons son is third.
