Zetec silvertop Alternator mounting

Need to mount the alternator on the intake side of a silvertop zetec. Other than the stupidly expensive raceline mounting, what other options are there for doing the mounting? I am intending to use my current Denso alternator from my Toyota if possible!

Can't find a photo, but I made something similar to mount the alternator on my Pinto. I used a bit of 50 x 50mm angle iron cut with a hacksaw and drilled for bolt holes. Bit of sweat involved, but cheap as chips and worked fine.

Found a photo...

Looking at the photo again it may even have been 75 x 75mm angle iron I used. Either way it was metal that was laying under the bench already so didn't cost me much if anything.

Unpainted in this photo, but it did get a spray of red oxide primer and matte black paint vefore final fitting.

I Bought the kit from Kitspares which included the alternator but if you look at the kit picture it would give you an idea of how to make one if need be.

This is on a blacktop but should be fairly similar I think
