Great quality 2x2 twill 200gsm carbon fiber fabric, special heat-resistant resin. The part comes clearcoated for great shine.
As an option you could add a special ceramic heatproofing material at the price of 10GBP. It can withstand temparatures as high as 1500*C and this will ensure the long-life of your heatshield.
