Jenvey Style Trumpets & Air Filter Mounting for Bike Throttle Bodies

Hi All,

danST Engineering are pleased to be able to offer this new product line:

These kits are designed to address the compliations when trying to mount air filters and/or trumpets on bike throttle bodies. As we know, in most cases the trumpets are absent due to being integrated into the bike air box leaving a bare tubular opening that is tricky to fasten to.

Our solution is a set of CNC clamping rings to suit the popular body diameters that once fitted provide a flat area to mount either an air filter, trumpets or both:

Standard clamp ring internal diameters are currently restricted to 45mm and 56mm (GSXR600 and GSXR1300 respectively) however these sizes are not exhaustive as custom sizes can be accomodated. Please contact for details.

Either PX500 or PX600 baseplates can be integrated to suit the Pipercross range of filters that danST can supply.

Multiple combinations of the above parts are available and the trumpets are available on their own for Jenvey fitment (in 40mm and 45mm). Please contact with your requirements:
