zx9r pinto manifold

So, having tried to find a second hand one to no avail, and loving the DanST ones but finding them outside my budget,

I have embarked upon making my own. Assembled the bits:

[img] Manifold parts
Manifold parts

DanST flange £37.99
Tube courtesy of a Mate up north who is a rep for a tube company £0.00
Flouro lined silicon hose, Ebay £16.55
S/S jubilee clips, Ebay £6.95

So just over 60 quid. A bit cheaper than the kits, but mainly due to the high quality DansT flange.

time to get the welding kit out methinks

Have a question folks

I'm presuming that the carbs should be angled to get them to the same angle that they were on the bike, so....

Do I just try and gauge it from where the float bowl looks about right?

Sorry if this is a silly question, and thanks in advance...
