Anyone know a source for these but with orange LEDs?

There's loads with either red or white on eBay, but they are useless as a side repeater.

I have a pair which are smoked lens with orange LED, but one has given up the ghost so looking for a pair of smoked ideally but clear would do. Bought mine about 7 years ago.

Want LED because they are surface mounted and don't protrude into pedal area as universal ones with bulbs do.
