Sifam Voltmeter

I got this at a car boot sale this morning for £3. I have three questions that I hope someone will be able to answer.

1. How do I test it?
2. How do I wire it in?
3. What vehicle did it come from.

Any help greatly appreciated.

D'you think it came from a car? The scale seems to read too high for say 16 Volts maximum reading??

Looks like an industrial ac voltmeter.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
