Spa signature gauge issues

I have had a duel spa signature gauge fitted to the force. Oil pressure and coolant temp.
Oil pressure is totally fine but the water temp reads 90+degrees on startup and rises rapidly to 105 which then triggers the high temp warning alarm!
Any ideas what this could be?
