Hi do 1.6 CVH sumps fit onto a 1.8 Engine?

Apparently not, but the 1.8 is a stroked 1.6... the sump bulge is at the other end so the pick-up would need modifying, but maybe its possible, let us know if you try, it's cheap enough to get a new 1.6 for chopping than a rusty 1.8....
