Help/Advice Needed with Wiring up the Pins for Rear Lamps!

Hi there,
I have the Elise type rear lamps which I am sure are wired up the same as most other lamps...
I have included a pic to show the bulb holders and plugs...
I need to know which wire goes to which i.e. on the indicator +ve and earth on pin1 & 2.
and on the stop/tail, +ve for tail, +ve for stop and earth, on pins 1,2 & 3.
????????

thanks in anticipation of all your help,
regards,
Steve.
(if anyone needs I can quickly take any close up pics...)

Are they two pin bulbs?

Two pin bulbs aren't polarity conscious. Test the 3 pin on a battery to see which is the brake filament.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

the indicator is two pin, and I thought that was the case, just wanted to be sure!
with the three pin, do I just mess around until I find the earth and then the corresponding stop & tail then?
thanks for replying Pete.

Steve.
