niiice. is that real wood? hell of a job if it is! have you considered putting a hinged bonnet to complete the look?

Glad to see some one else going with wood for the dash. I think it adds to the vintge look. -Is that cherry -hard to tell in the pic. I would like to go with a burled maple laminate onto a more stable wood if can get the wood bent the way I want.
