Dipped and main beam

I've got the headlights on a relay, but this is before the stalks for the dip and main beam. Can a sierra stalk handle this???

Is the relay live all the time as it sounds you are using it for the wrong purpose. I can't see how the Sierra switch will stand up to carrying the full current for the lights if you use them a lot as it only supposed to switch the relay. You may as well not have the relay in as it is wired at the moment.

yours, Pete.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

If you wire it in as per the bike wiring diagram ie switching the relay then it will be OK.

I'm sure I've got one, just don't know where I've put it
