Talon Top Wishbone Thread?

Hi Guys,

Has anyone used Talon Sierra wishbone set?
I need to know if the top front thread is M18x1.5 and are they both right hand thread or one right, one left etc?

If you are building to book speck & using the Ford transit drag links.

Yes, M18 X 1.5 thread pitch & both right hand thread.

Hi ya, I thought so although some have right and left handed thread but I have nothing to try the threads out with.

The thread on the wishbones should be easy enough to check.
Look for the thread start & that will show you the direction that it has had the thread cut.

On the Transits these were fitted to the steering Drag link arm, right hand thread on one end, left hand thread on the other.
Adjustment was made by undoing the lock nuts & turning the bar.
This avoided the need to split the joints.

Would be pointless having a left hand thread on a roadster.
Not to mention how much it would cost for a left hand tap of that size & thread pitch.
