SVA pass / DVLA / MAC

Hi all,
I passed my SVA and now have the MAC paperwork - Wahey.....

Phoned the DVLA and asked for the V55/5 form.
They said I need an MOT also - is this right, I thought I did not need an MOT ?

Your thoughts please....

Nope - you definately don't need an MOT. Mine was SVAd in 2006 and isn't due for an MOT until later this year.

On the end of the V55/5 and V55/4 there's a check list of things that must accompany the form. MOT certificate is not amongst them.
