hi

is it worth taking out insurance on my kit car even tho its still not finshed???? just incase they get into my garage???

Yes. I never did but when i was looking into it, most people were saying it cost around £100 per year iirc

Don't get ripped off though. I got build-up insurance from Osborne on the basis that any remaining insurance period would be knocked off the first "full" on-the-road insurance. When it came to it, they wanted a fee taken out of the few months build-up insurance refund, plus their quote for on-the-road insurance was way over what I could get elsewhere.
