vortx ID PLATE

Can anyone tell me were the ID stamps or ID plate is on a 2005 mnr vortx .As the MOT tester cannot pass it with checking them.

I know on the later ones it's a plate, with mine i riveted it on the ally scuttle engine side
email Chris at mnr he'll know, as i think the earlier cars might have been stamped on the chassis

Mines from 2008 and theres no plate, at mot he didnt even lift the bonnet so I think your tester is being a bit picky.. chassis number isnt part of the MOT as far as I'm concerned.....

Isn't it a iva requirement to have it stamped in to the chassis somewhere?

If you can't find it, a set of number/letter stamps and a hammer should do the job

Mine was a 2005 MNR they were stamped on the Chassis in several places. There should be one at the front end somewhere.
