Omex launch control

My car is difficult to launch.has anybody used the omex system.i have a Haynes 7 style car with 200 bhp 175ibft at 2000rpm.(Alfa 3.0)Sierra lsd.yes I understand it's always going to have traction issues.l want to know if the omex will assist me in more consistent and quicker starts.also I set off in second gear...anybody using one?thanks.

Not Omex, but I use the RaceLogic system (3.2l M3 engine in a 7 style car so probably similar challenge to launch) - it does work but tbh I don't really do very many full-beans launches as I don't want to wreck the drivetrain. Full-throttle shifting is awesome though, and traction control is good to have.

When I take mine down the strip I wind the rear dampers right off and launch in second gear , when I come up against modern stuff with launch stuff like the Amg 45 or Nissan GT-R I'm amazed how they get double or more weight off the line . I run soft 888,s and get them warm but it's still hit and miss to get a good start
