MNR vortex R1

Ok so there is a vortex for sale on eBay with R1 engine

Looks ok to me although possibly overpriced.

Don't know much about the MNR kits like are they any good?

What is the verdict?

Looks nice, pretty sure the owner is a user of this forum

MNR chassis is really nice, all tubular and looks very well thought out and strong.
Bodywork is great quality and finish too, they are probably the best kit after a Westfield from what I've seen

If that's as nice in the flesh as it is in the pics it's a bargain with that mileage for a megablade

I missed that one

I see it is a cat c which usually means it was well mangled at some point

Does that affect car insurance?

Cat C isn't badly damaged,Cat C cars don't need any special test etc anymore to go back on the road, just a MOT to check the identity

Hi,
Just to let you know that our kit car schemes would have no issues insuring a cat 2 written off vehicle.
Regards,
Dan.
