I'm not an Eberspacher engineer or in Essex.

When you say "x network rail" I'm guessing you mean "ex network rail"?

Is it a port-a-kabin type thing or perhaps a train carriage?

You may have better luck on a motorhome forum such as motorhome fun?

Some Galaxy models have them. Also lots of boats. There is apparently a cheap Russian version that is ok.

Eberspacher repair parts are so expensive, for example a new burner unit is £180, your better off replacing it with a complete "night heater" kit off eBay for around £150.
