Apex AP-1 vs Elemental RP1

Is it just me or are these two sportscars the same.....?

http://elementalcars.co.uk/
and
http://apex-motor.com/?route=car-ap1

Both websites appear to be current, live, trading, available.

Why does this sort of weirdness always happen with newly launched, exotic & expensive sportscars?!

Remember the Strathcarron/Javan/Marlin5Exi/Avocet family of identical cars....?

I wish them well but some transparency would be good!

If you look at the contact info, both cars appear to have a Hants address, so they are the same car,
yet named differently, no idea why

And personally, apart from the front view, they look ugly
