diode for hazard wiring ??

hi there guys. im sure someone can help.

I need a link to a diode I can buy that will stop the current on my indicator system so I can use a single pole switch as my hazard switch.

Its job will be to stop the current from turning both sides of indicators on when I use my indicator switch for direct.

hope U know what I mean and someone can help ??

what i did with mine,maplin sell them for pennies,use one for each side,just tell the fella behind the desk what current it will draw and he will sort you out....simples

i bought mine from maplins the other day, 12v 5w and they did the job, they were abot £1.80 for two!
