What do you want host, business, personal?

Traffic volume?

If your website is written think about what it's written in, some web hosts only host certain languages/styles.

I run a digitalocean VPS and set up my own server, costs me £5 a month and I have full commandline access, firewall control, DNS control etc.

Will whoever's hosting the '.eu' site not host a '.uk' version for you?

I'm no expert BTW, but many hosting companies want to retain customers.
