Avon zzs tyres

I've just got a set of 13x7 wheels for the car and am looking for tyres in 185/55-13 to put on them, I've been on the avon website and they list the zzr but also the zzs, does anybody know anything about them?

The ZZS is the replacement for the CR500 really. Think of it as a ZZR with more grooves. Would be what I'd use on the road or in road-going spriniting.

I went for the zzr on my car, only had them on a few weeks but they seem to be very good

For road use the ZZS would be a better bet. You can get the 215/50 13 on the 7" rims.

I have both zzS for the road and ZZR for the track.

For the track I previously had a048 and I have to say the ZZR are amazing. 2 laps to get them warm and they are awesome !

I'm less keen on the zzS however, mine are brand new and need to get the shine off them still so can't really comment
