cleaning chrome

Everyone seems to be cleaning and polishing at the moment.
I have just had to clean a bit of surface rust from the chrome on my grand daughters bike, in the past I have messed about with chrome cleaner, wire wool & oil etc.
I thought I would share the magical method I use, I cant remember where I found out about it, but it truly is amazing.
just get a piece of baco foil about 8" square or round it does not matter, scrunch it up to make a pad, dip it in clean water and just rub the rust away. apply a bit of wax polish to seal it afterwards. It truly is effortless.

A bit of coke also helps to remove any spots, use with the foil.
