127mm from the edge of the wheel rings a bell.

127mm is correct either side f wheel so find a nice big standard wheel to get the maximum exemption area

Hi,
Can someone confirm that I'm reading the rules correctly; areas A,B and C are all exempt? Also how exempt are they? ie how "sharp" can something in the exempt area be? is there a limit or anything goes?
