Protection polished bare metal

Has anyone got experience of a product called Blackfire all metal sealent

http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acatalog/blackfire-all-metal-sealant-cat20.html

Its meant to protect highly polished bare metal surfaces against the harmful effects of road salt, soot, bug splatter and UV radiation. Does it really work?

looks like normal car wax/polish. Lasts 4 months on the spec....

UV protection? didn't know metal could get a suntan or indeed fade. The main problem is oxidation. Polishes will burn off hot surfaces, and you can use a lacquer elsewhere.
