Radical Clubsport project

I’ve an abandoned project for sale... I bought this Radical Clubsport in 2014. Took it to Lydden Hill for a track day shake down in early 2015 and blew the engine. I sourced a replacement engine from a Jedi and installed that, it’s in, plumbed, fuel return for the injection, dry sump fitted, pumps etc and ready to run but never finished the wiring. It’s subsequently sat untouched in my garage for nearly four years and needs to go to someone else as I need the space. Below is the advert from when I purchased. Would make a great easy project for someone. Loads of spares including two engines which could easily be rebuilt into one good spare. I am after £6500 for this with all the spares, engines the whole lot. I think this is a decent price, but I’m open for discussions including interesting PX’s etc to get a deal done, as I really want to get my track car in the garage now. I have a tilt bed trailer which I bought for this which is available by separate discussion.

Original sales advert from when I purchased in 2014 (its not been used other than the one track day):
This car has been upgraded over the years to Prosport specification, with aero upgrades and brake upgrades as well as to the 1200 engine from the SR4 with Kehein FCR 41mm carbs, originally powered by the 1100. The engine has just come back from a specialist in race bike engines, to have a boss welded into the head and tapped for the sump return union to screw into, giving a perfect seal and fixing an oil leak which the earlier RPE Kawasaki engines were prone to. The engine now is absolutely on the button, with full compression and running a rolling road proven 192bhp at the flywheel.

It has brand new 2 way (Bump & Rebound) adjustable Protech dampers which have been valved correctly to the weight of the car, with 250 F/350 R lbs springs set up for hill climb use.

It has brand new revolution one piece alloys machined to exact measurements for front and rear offsets, weighing around ~4kg-5kg.
A Brand new set of Avon slicks, which have only been scrubbed in and never raced with, consisting of the A92 (softest) hillclimb compound front and A15 rear. This is the optimal set up for RWD cars. These are nearly £900 new alone.

Avon Wet Slick Tyres

Brand new harness FIA approved with holographic tag.
A relatively new rear diffuser from ARC ANGELS, which has an extended profile over the original diffusers, resulting in greater downforce.

It has a fan fitted to the radiator, with a thermostat and manual override switch so that it does not overheat whilst waiting around to start.

MSA Log Book and a large amount of spares included with the car, another set of rims, practice slicks etc

The car is mechanically sound and is an absolute thrill to drive, the body work is tired, if that sort of thing bothers you, aesthetics has never been my major concern, with repairs made here and there. There has never been any damage to the chassis only to the fibreglass body, nothing major, it is after all a race car. With some sanding down, filling and a repaint, the car could be made to look straight out of the factory.
This would make a great car if you're looking to get into sprints & hillclimbs, or even just as a serious track day toy.
