Lime Green Locost in Caton nr. Lancaster?

I saw a lime green locost, think it was a bec r1 due to loadsa Yamaha stickers on the side - maybe it was an MK?

Also it had a red welsh dragon/flag emblem on the front grill.

This was in Caton yesterday near Lancaster, at about 7.30 p.m.

Does anybody know who owns this? I don't know anyone round Lancaster with a Locost - would be a great help to me in my build.
