VIC Test
Some people can never handle the truth and always try to shoot the messenger instead of taking an honest look in the mirror (its always easier to
blame another than to face reality), but secretly they wish they could grow a pair and be the messenger !!!

Interesting article, but I thought the VIC check was a good idea in principle! Though those figures show it hasn't had a great effect on
"ringers".
What I must question though, is why they mention checking Cat A & B vehicles? I thought that they weren't meant to re-appear on the roads
for Cat.A in any shape, or Cat.B relating to the original vehicle ID?

That's very informative - I never really knew what each of the categories meant!

There is no law preventing them being returned to the road, but the ABI "code of practice" that vehicle breakers are supposed to be
contractually bound to is meant prevent Cat A and B vehicles being sold on. Obviously some do slip through.
