Need the front bit which bolts to the gearbox.

I know a lot had the back 80 or so mm cut off to mount the lever ball socket to the chassis, I need the bit thats left if anyone has one kicking about.

Do you mean just the bracket ? Your in luck.
Or
Complete with the cradle ? Your out of luck as I can not find it. Probably vanished with the rest of the scrap.

Its the cradle I was after, so I can drop it in the Scimitar, then set the gear lever position.

Think I’m going to take your design, and adapt it so I can slip the stock nylon socket between two rails, set the position, then weld or bolt it in....
