AC COBRA - PILGRIM HAWTHORN

pros and cons of one of these please
I now they are a small AC cobra look a like
and cant be best because they are cheap
But cant spend much at moment thought one of these might tide me over till country gets back on its feet
How do they drive
Any one owned or own one etc

Very pretty little car, much more subtle than a cobra IMO.

Marina/Ital base means they generally aren't very powerful unless someone's put in something more interesting. No idea how they handle, I'd expect MGB ish handling if forced to guess.

Most kitcars that aren't a cobra, 7 or a very good replica of something expensive go for peanuts, seems to be the way the market works.

hi.ive got one of those,currently rebuilding it.imho a very pretty car though no way an ac replica,they were designed to capture the feel of the era.
they are marina based and are typical of an early 80s kit car.grp quality is pretty good,on a hefty ladder chassis.just make sure that it is correctly registered as a pilgrim.
if you like it and the price is right then you should have a good little car.
