really think you will struggle to get £5k for it in the current market. Fully tested kiMK's cars are going for just over that money. Yours still needs and ecu, seats clocks and completing then a £500 test.

Hope you do get what your asking as it seems that you will have spent above this amount and bought a decent spec

You might be better splitting the car, you may get more of your money back that way.

I agree, part finished usually don't go for much more than the full kit price I got my MK as a part finished in 2001 for £1800, complete with Zx9r engine and all Sierra parts fitted.
At 5 grand you are competing with the likes of this. However your car has a very nice spec, so it's down to market forces. As always.

Hmm, point taken re price!

Open to sensible offers then but if not I'll just leave it until circumstances change.

Cheers

Sorry Ryan, swap for cash only

Thought it would be a reasonable deal at £around 4k?!? It's a good spec and decent quality parts (new, all branded or OEM).

Just totalling up a few of the main parts:
Currently the deluxe kit costs £3070
New Zetec engine around £800
Wheels and Tyres £700
Brakes more than £600
New uprights and rack £150
Inlet plenum, injectors etc £100
New starter >£100
Fuel pumps, swirl pot, alloy tank etc >£250
Donor bits...

Dont really want to break it if possible and will chuck in spare set of new Sierra uprights with mushrooms.
