AB Airbox Filter Element

I fitted a secondhand Andy Bates airbox to my early 919 fireblade engine earlier this year, but today the engine started to miss fire a bit at high revs, it feels like either fuel issue or a dirty air filter element.

As the element looks very dirty I'm thinking of replacing it, but could someone confirm what element it is, e.g. Is it the same size as the one fitted to a standard fireblade airbox?

Cheers
Iain

I think it's just a universal k&n filter.

Have a look on some of the performance air filter websites to see if you can get one the correct size.

If it is a K+N you should be able to clean and re-oil it

If it is a standard fireblade filter, and you want to buy a K&N cotton filter (re washable) replacement, I have one that's done about 300 miles if your interested?
