Quite sure that it's a Haynes Roadster chassis.

Front end def doesnt look like a tiger, that front upright sections are straight pieces on the avon and not multiple pieces like on this one and the avon has different bracing on the front.

Looks more like a Haynes Roadster chassis.

Least it's changed and done poor guy doesn't buy it thinking it was a tiger chassis.

As mentioned above it does look a little more than surface rust
