It was commissioned by a (very) rich American businessman who collects Ferrari's. He's also had some other bespoke cars done by Pininfarina and badged as Ferrari.

The best thing is that the guy's philosophy is that these cars are for driving, not collecting (he regularly races classics such as his 250GTO)

Thats pretty shocking!

Its not as ugly as the enzo, which IMHO is about the ugliest new car you can buy. and for the money a one off from them would have cost i think ide have got my self a marcos GSO GT2 and a nice wisemann GT, n maybe brought a small island with the change

The car's featured in the latest Top Gear mag - the car in the background with the cover on is another customised car for the same guy, but it's a bit more subtle, only the real purists would spot the changes.

And for those who think they'd buy some other car - choose a list of cars:

They have to be a take on the old school 5 flat spoke Ferrari rims though, 308 etc
