Has anyone done this? I thought that if the tips that normally point out from the car, points in instead, this may stop it sounding like
a 3 cylinder from the drivers seat and make it quieter for track days?

Exhaust gases can be hot so don't aim it at bodywork.

Most tintops nowadays just point it straight down, seems like a logical compromise to me.

I pointed mine down. Seems to be quieter this way.
